THE AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE REQUIRES (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION) THAT YOU SUBMIT CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST US TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION, AND FURTHER (1) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST RIBBON CHECKUP ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING, (2) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND (3) YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST US RESOLVED BY A JURY OR IN A COURT OF LAW.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
RIBBON CHECKUP OFFERS PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH A SUBSCRIPTION (“SUBSCRIPTION”), WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELED. IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION, THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDE WILL BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT THEN IN EFFECT EVERY 30 DAYS, OR THE DELIVERY CADENCE OF YOUR CHOOSING (“BILLING PERIOD”).
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME. TO AVOID A RECURRING CHARGE YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION NO LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE LAST DAY OF YOUR BILLING PERIOD. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU MAY DO SO ELECTRONICALLY BY CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMPTLY UPDATING ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE (E.G., CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE). YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY US IF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS CANCELED OR IS NO LONGER VALID.
Return/Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can request a refund for your first order within 14 days of placing your first order by sending an email to support@ribboncheckup.com. The package must be unopened. Include your name, order number, date of purchase, and address. We will provide instructions for returning the product to us. You must return the product to receive a refund. The refund will be transferred to your bank account within 6 weeks after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

2.2. Detailed Justification: A detailed explanation for the return must be provided, including specific reasons why the product did not meet your expectations. Failure to provide sufficient detail may result in your request being denied.
2.3. Required Documentation: Customers must include proof of purchase, original shipping confirmation, and a photograph of the unused product in its original packaging. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
3.1. Authorization: Upon receipt of your refund request and supporting documentation, we will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3.2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Products must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving your RMA, with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.
3.3. Return Condition: Products that arrive damaged, opened, or used will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the condition in which they were shipped. We recommend using secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.
4.1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect the item to ensure compliance with the conditions outlined above. This process may take up to 30 business days.
4.2. Approval/Denial: If your return meets all eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account. If your return is denied, we will notify you of the reason via email, and the product will not be returned to you.
5.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5.2. Damaged or Lost Items: Refunds will not be issued for products that are damaged or lost in transit due to insufficient packaging or customer negligence.
