I'm having trouble taking pictures. What should I do?

iPhone

  • 
Open the Settings app.
  • Scroll down and select your browser (Safari or Chrome).Tap on Camera.
  • Choose Allow to enable camera access for websites.


For Chrome on Android


  • Open the Chrome app.
  • Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  • Go to Site Settings.
  • Tap Camera.
  • Toggle Ask first to enable permissions.

My package never arrived, what should I do?

In rare instances, packages may be reported missing or stolen. If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please wait 24 hours to ensure it does not arrive. After that send a message to missing@ribboncheckup.com, and we’ll promptly investigate. If necessary, we’ll issue a replacement order. *Please include your name, order number and shipping address.Â
